These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vibe Check at https://vibe-check.app (the "Service"), operated by Vibe Check ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who may use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

The Service. Vibe Check lets you upload visual references, organize them into moodboard slides (including automated grouping and labeling), share links with collaborators or clients, and collect structured feedback. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your content. You retain ownership of images and other materials you upload. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, share, and process it.

License to operate the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your content solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, including automated organization, similarity search, and AI-assisted titles or descriptions.

Acceptable use. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape other users' boards without permission, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or payment requirements.

Sharing & access links. Links and tokens grant access to your moodboard. You are responsible for who receives them. Personal invite links are intended for named recipients; public links may be forwarded by anyone who has them.

Paid features. Some link durations, recipient limits, or storage tiers may require payment through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Paid purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.

AI-generated output. Automated titles, groupings, descriptions, and suggestions are provided for convenience only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing with clients or stakeholders.

Disclaimer. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Moodboards expire according to the lifetime you select and may be deleted afterward.

Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
