Vibe Check helps you upload, organize, and share visual references with recipients and collaborators.

Your content is your content. We do not claim ownership of the images or other materials you upload. You retain all rights to your content.

You are solely responsible for your content. By uploading, you confirm that you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to share it, and that your content complies with applicable law.

To operate the service, you grant Vibe Check a royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing, developing, and improving the service, including automated organization of your moodboard.

We do not sell your content to third parties. Content is stored for the period associated with your transfer or subscription plan, after which it may be deleted.

You are responsible for who you share your moodboard link with. Anyone with access to a link may be able to view the content you share.

This policy describes how Vibe Check handles personal data when you use our service.

What we collect. We collect the email addresses you provide, the images you upload, and basic usage data needed to run the service (such as when a board was created or accessed).

How we use it. We use your information to store and deliver your moodboards, send transfer notifications, organize images with automated tools, and improve the product.

What we don't do. We do not sell your personal data or uploaded content to third parties.

Retention. Moodboards and uploaded images are kept for the lifetime you select when sending. After expiration, content may be deleted from our systems.

Your rights. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
